do u feel that ur muscle stiffens faj2a? u might be stressing ur legs during the day, if ur working out make sure ur wearing proper shoes sometimes ppl wear the wrong shoes while doing the wrong activity and that strains the muscletry taking a hot bath it will help relax ur muscle o hopefully no cramps at night

its called restless leg syndrome. Look it up. i use ointments like jointflex before going to bed, seems to work.
