Traveling to Liberty

Here is where I need some help and guide from all of you who have traveled to New York. As its my first visit there I am not aware of the places to visit and hotels to stay in. I will be traveling on the 16th November to NY for 6 nights and then will be in London for 1 day and then back to Kuwait. My cousin will be picking me from my Hotel either on 17th or 18th. So for 2 days I will be on my own..

Any hotel recommendations? places to visit? Dos and don't s are all welcome . Thanks!

oh this is easy. stay anywhere near times square, since its in the center of everything, and its the liveliest place.

tips of things to do; go to my page, on the right hand side theres a column called TRAVEL. Just click on the NEW YORK link for pix and info, I was there about 10 months ago.

I haven't been to NY yet. But if I were to be alone there, I'd like to be lost and discover things on my own. I suggest you do the same.

Hotels, any hotel in the times square, I highly recommend the Marriott cause it has several doors that opens on different streets, besides if you stayed there the theater district would be couple of steps away, for those few days, go on a tour so you can see all of Manhattan within hours, then if you are interested, there is the Met museum, well for me it’s a must, and there is MOMA museum of modern art, make sure you catch shows there, the theater is great but be careful from where you get the tickets, and of course shopping down the 5th avenue, that should cover you for couple of days, hope you have great time :’)

well the hotels on 6th avenue are great: warwick hotel and the london hotel, theyre not very expensive either, close to broadway and times square and central park! check them out :D
