The story of the Pencil !!!

I have taken this post from a blogger OutOfReach. I hope you don't mind :P Why would you? hehe...

It was taken by her from
Paulo coelho's book "Like the Flowing River"

A pencil has five qualities which, if you manage to hang on them, will make you a person who is always at peace with the world!! (i know its just a pencil! but hey you should read the rest)

" First quality : you are capable of great things, but you must never forget that there is a hand guiding your steps. we call it GOD, and he always guide us according to his will. ( I believe its true..)

"Second quality: now and then, I have to stop writing and use a sharpener. That makes the pencil suffer a little, but afterwards, he's much sharper, so you, too, must learn to bear certain pains and sorrows, because they will make you a better person. ( so true what doesn't kill you makes you stronger..)

"Third quality: the pencil always allows us to use an eraser to rub out any mistakes, this means that correcting something we did is not necessarily a bad thing; it helps to keep us on the road to justice.

"Fourth quality: what really matters in a pencil is not its wooden exterior, but the graphite inside. so always pay attention to what is happening inside you"

"Finally, the pencil's fifth quality: it always leaves a mark. In just the same way, you should know that everything you do in life will leave a mark, so try to be conscious of that in your every action."

The post is just amazing and I relate it to my life at present. So just wanted to share....

Hello Amu!
I'm also a big Paulo Coelho fan and I don't know if you’ve heard about his blog
http://www.paulocoelhoblog.com
I've started as a fan and now I'm collaborating with him and thought that you would like to enter his universe.
Check the blog, if you want, or subscribe to his newsletter
http://www.warriorofthelight.com/engl/index.html

You'll see a community of warriors of light sharing ideas, dreams and most importantly following their personal legend.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"God is love, generosity and forgiveness.
If we believe in this,
we will never allow our weakness to paralyze us."

See you there and have a great day!
Aart

PS: To answer your question, "Desert-Roses", he used to be a songwriter. Then, after a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, decided to write his first book.
