Did I Pray Today?


How messed up can one be?

I woke today morning thinking I prayed. Before leaving my house I am confused if I did pray or no?

I am driving my car to work and thinking did I pray or no?

I reach work and finally at 11AM I remember I didn't pray 9lat elfayar today!!!

It has happened with me once before, does that happen with any one of you?

Lala: just for the sake of your heart I will tell you :) well I read a very sad story which touched my heart so I had no other way to know what people think about such situations that putting it down as a survey :) I hope you feel relaxed now!

its normal to forget every now and then. if youre forgetting every day though, its another story and you need to get checked :P

if youre not sure whether you did or not, pray it again.

Yeah it happens... but also the worst thing is when you remember that you didn't pray 3esha prayer and suddenly it's very late and you're too sleeepy so when you pray it you just don't feel it. :S That's when you realize the importance of praying each prayer on time.

I hav another problem with praying. My mind wonders like crazy! Sometimes i end the prayer halfway thru and repeat it becuz of that. Asta'3farallah. I dunno y i can't just focus and concentrate fully for 3 minutes straight with no mental distractions. :/

well dont over think it .. sometimes its just a paranoia that hits you .. not just about praying .. it could be anything else .. but my advice is .. go pray right in time , so you wont have to think that you might forgotten to pray ..

The more you pray the less you will forget, when it becomes the most important thing in your life you will never forget if you prayed or not.. Practice makes perfect aay.. am so happy that you're back on track and praying.. You made me proud :) Alah yahdeek w yahdeena ajma3een inshalla
