Remember my post few days back where my money got sucked by the NBK ATM deposit machine. Well after waiting for a week and no news I decided to visit the bank again. I felt like for a week they didn't take any action against it and they started working after my anger. After waiting for 25 minutes the branch manager informed me that she will follow up my case and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
I received a call at 1pm today from one of the ladies at the same branch. She asked me a few questions about my deposit. Before she hanged up I asked her 'Can I please know exactly whats the status of my deposit?' She kindly replied 'Sir to be honest with you we didnt find any extra cash in the machine and we will try to look through the security cameras now'. I was shocked and depressed at her answer!! Still I am not gonna let those SUCKERS take my money!!!! Today they are informing me that they cant find the money and on Thursday on the phone I was informed that there was an error found in the transation on the atm roll. Conflicting answers......it clearly shows the bank is not ready to accept their mistake!!!
