Let the streets live in peace!!

I live in a Salwa which is very nice and peaceful but just recently I have moved in the same area but a different block and every night some weird guy driving his old Nissan 280Z is spinning his car on the road. Last night it went for a bit too long it was 1:30am when I was having a nice conversations with DD, C and N G on the chat box when I just heard the noise again. But this time it went on for good 5 minutes till I guess that freak realized that he has woke up everyone on that street and now should go and hit his bed.

WTH? ?

Where is the respect gone in the people of this country? What are these teenagers trying to prove and where is our police?

I mean there must be kids sleeping who have their school next day, people who need to wake up for early work, maybe someone is sick and needs to rest, or not that maybe some one is relaxing and watching TV....

Do you respect your neighbors ? Well I do...I love my country and respect, abide every rule...in fact depending on the time of the day I always respect the neighboring areas too.
