WEIGHT LOST or waist lost



I have lost both weight and waist. I used to weight 79Kg and today when I was on the scale it showed 70kg. My dishdasha's look more like a belly dancing dress and my waist used to be 35 and its now 33. So time to buy new clothes :P....And all this in just less than 3 weeks.

I am sure you all are eager to know whats the secret behind this :D

well well well....

The secret is heartache (Fall out of it).
