Construction On Fire

So I was in Kuwait City after fa6oor 6:15pm and there was this huge fire in one of the construction buildings there. The fire started on the 21st floor of this building and by the time I left it was spread to 5 level down with thick black smoke coming out of the building and I could hear small blasts. According to people there the fire started at 5:30pm and the fireman didn't arrive before 6PM. I just hope every one is safe....
