My next destination...


I am thinking to travel to a different place this year. A place where I have never been before. After doing a bit of search and research I have decided to travel to Maldives. I have seen a few pictures and the sight is breathtaking.

But it might change, so any suggestions where I should travel apart from Europe and America?

I have Maldives, Malaysia and Thailand so far in mind...

If you like scuba diving, I have a REALLY recluse and amazing place to tell you about. its in Malaysia but in the eastern part of it. you take an internal flight, then 1 hour bus, then 45 mins by boat.

Yup. its a diving heaven.

I would say put Maldives at the top of your list, everyone who went there say it's heaven on earth, buuuut..only for a week. So if you can, go to two places. I think malaysia is nicer than thailand. I went to them a while back can't remember what they are really like. Kind of them same actually. Bs definately Maldives is #1

I haven't been there "YET" but my brother went and he went crazy there from how AMAZING the place was.

But anyway, it's kinda like the Maldives.

I personally would go to Seychelles as it's has more foliage and looks less of a resort than Maldives but it's quite pricey.

Or if you don't mind getting stuck on an airplane for hours on end then go to Bora Bora or Hawaii due to them having cool Pacific breezes.

I have been to Singapore and its pretty nice... I think you should take 10 days to a couple of weeks off and spend few days in each :-) I would do that if I were you

I wasn't naming a place, but a time when you will travel. A place say Thailand is good some of the year, but other times its a little rainy so when will you travel? I have been to Thailand, Malaysia and they were just absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I have heard of the Maldives from friends, and from what I heard its similar to the other two countries. But Thailand you get more for your money, very nice there. My sister is coming here to live so maybe we will tag along with you, just no pattaya please.

Where are you going next week? I am trying to go to Italy for the AS Roma match on april 1 so pray I go. Hmm June I am trying to remember if thats the raining season. I have been to Thailand 3 times and must say that the country is very beautiful with lots to do. My sister is coming from the states, so I am trying to line up a list of things to do.

Guilty as charged, yes I am American or like they say here amerikia. :0) WOW Brazil huh, sounds awesome I would like to travel to a lot of countries in South America. South Africa does have some of the lingering affects of racism, so you may want to steer clear. You are going to Srilanka for business? The lady who cleans my house is from there, she wants me to go with her so tell me how it is so I can decide if I should go or not.

Hmmm sounds ominous, what you mean plan well.... I like Kuwait of course there are times when I want to flee, but over all I like it here. Today theres lots of dust so this is one of the days I want to flee. I am here alone, can your family adopt me? heheh no I am just joking but yes I am here alone.

Turkey its the most beautiful plce on earth(I have been to USA,lebanon,egypt,Austria)but Turkeye...it's awesome especially Istanbul...If I could go again it will be off to Istanbul :)

Ok so this was 3 years ago but I will answer you anyway! I would suggest visiting my home city of St. Louis, Missouri in middle America. You have the Arch and many places to see.

Also, you can go to my home country of Colombia! It is so beautiful! You know, there is a river with FIVE colors flowing through it (in different spots). That would be very different for you!
