Yesterday was the first day I started walking again. My walk routine has been on hold for the past one year. I woke up at 6AM and headed to the Scientific Centre. I am back from the longest...most peaceful and relaxing vacation. I had a really good time and I have to say Turkey is a very nice country and one should visit if you get the chance. One of my almost daily breakfast place is Caribou. With this summer heat I just want to have their coolers and a sandwich. But today I couldn't stop my self from having their cheese cake.I have to say it was the best cheese cake I had in sometime. It was so soft and tasty that I finished it off without any pauses. Before I used to have these cravings after any meal when I want to eat something sweet. But lately it has turned into something odd. All I want to have is Ice Cream and Chocolate Molten Cake. I have a very deep sleep habit on normal days. When I say normal days I mean when I am not stressed.
